Questions partners ask
Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing is free. On the pay per booking plan you pay 10% only when a guest books.
Can I keep selling on Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Link each unit's calendar. Dates booked there are blocked here, and our bookings show on theirs.
What happens if a guest cancels?
The cancellation rule you set for that room applies. Guests see it before they pay.
What do I need to get started?
Clear photos of each room type, your property address, a valid ID and a Nigerian bank account for payouts.
I have one apartment. Can I list it?
Yes. List it as a single unit. Hotels with many rooms add each room type with the number of rooms.
