This agreement applies to every hotel, apartment, shortlet and guest house listed on Tourbolts. You accept it when you sign up as a partner or before you list your first property. We email you a copy.

Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Tourbolts Hospitality and Tourism ("Tourbolts", "we") and you, the partner who lists a property on tourbolts.com ("you"). It applies to every property and room you list. Our Terms of use also apply. If they differ, this agreement wins for partners.
Your right to list
You confirm you own the property or have written permission to rent it out. You will show us proof if we ask, such as ID, proof of ownership or a letter of authority.
True listings
Your photos, room types, facilities, prices, guest limits and rules must match the real property. You keep your listing up to date. We may edit wording for clarity, but we will not change your prices or rules without asking you.
Rooms, units and calendar
For each room type you set how many units you have. Keep your calendar correct: close dates you cannot sell and keep any linked calendars (Airbnb, Booking.com and others) working. If a sync link breaks, we may pause that room until it works again.
Honouring bookings
A booking is confirmed when the guest pays. You must honour every confirmed booking at the price and terms shown when it was made. If you cannot, tell us at once. You pay any extra cost of moving the guest to a similar stay, and we may refund the guest in full.
Payments and payouts
Guests pay Tourbolts online through Paystack. We hold the money for you and pay you after the guest checks in, minus our commission or plan fee, to the bank account in your name or your business name. Payouts are weekly. We may hold a payout while we check a complaint, a chargeback or suspected fraud.
Commission and fees
You pay either a commission on each completed booking or a monthly plan fee, as shown when you signed up and in your Partner dashboard. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before we change the rate.
Cancellations and refunds
You choose the cancellation rule for each room type. Guests see it before they pay. Refunds follow that rule. If you cancel a confirmed booking, the guest gets a full refund and no commission is charged on it.
Guest details and privacy
We share a guest's name, phone and booking details with you only so you can host that stay. Use them for that stay only. Do not sell them or send marketing without the guest's consent. You must follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Reviews
Only guests who stayed can review. You may reply to reviews. You must not post, buy or ask for fake reviews, or pressure guests. We may remove reviews that break our rules.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of your photos and text. You let us show them on Tourbolts and use them to promote your listing.
Taxes and permits
You are responsible for your own taxes, levies and any licence or permit your property needs.
Off-platform payments
Do not ask guests who found you on Tourbolts to pay you directly to avoid our fees.
Pausing or removing a listing
We may pause or remove a listing that breaks this agreement, gets repeated serious complaints, or looks like fraud. We will tell you why, except where the law stops us.
Ending this agreement
Either side can end this agreement with 30 days notice by email. Confirmed bookings made before the end date must still be honoured, and we will still pay you for them.
Responsibility
You are responsible for the stay, the safety of the property and how your staff treat guests. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees we earned from your bookings in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update this agreement. We will email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you keep listing after that date, you accept the new version.
Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will first try to solve any dispute by talking. If that fails, either side may go to the courts of Nigeria.
